Each evening, say how the day went: sober, or not today. Your year fills with dots, lit or dim. That is the whole app.
A day that did not go well is a dim dot, nothing more. No message, no lost streak, no number back to zero. The number that matters is how many sober days you have.
Tap any past dot to mark it or correct it. Forgot last week? Fill it in. Want to be honest about a day? Change it, without a lecture.
Your year on the Home Screen, the Lock Screen and StandBy, plus a check-in widget with two buttons. Free, and they stay free.
No account, no analytics, no server, no community, no AI. Your days live on your device and nowhere else.

How many sober days this year? How long since the last cigarette? And what if one hard day did not wipe out the rest? Sobright counts your sober days and shows the year as 365 dots. The count never resets, and the widgets are free.
Each evening you say how the day went. A sober day lights its dot, a hard day stays dark, a day without an answer stays empty. The number that matters is the count of sober days: this month, this year, in total.
There is no streak to lose. A hard day is one dark dot, and tomorrow counts like any other. No message, no lecture, no number that drops.
Alcohol, tobacco, sugar, screens, gambling, or a word of your own. Each subject has its card and its own Sober today button on the home screen. Three are free.
Last week slipped by? Tap a past dot and mark it. Want to be honest about a day? Change it. No confirmation, no judgement.
Doing Sober October, or 30 days without sugar? Start a challenge on any subject: this month, next month or 30 days from today. Its days are circled in your year, the home card counts them (October · 12/31 means 12 sober days of 31), and a card under the Sober today button says Day 12 of 31. Joining on October 3? The first two days can still be marked. A hard day in a challenge is one dark dot, nothing more. When it ends, it tells you how many days were sober, say 24 of 31, and offers an image of the month to share.
One question at the time you choose: how did today go? Answer from the notification. Already answered? No reminder that day.
Your year in three sizes, on the Lock Screen and in StandBy, and a check-in widget with two buttons that answers without opening the app. Never behind a subscription.
The year in dots, the daily check-in, any past day, the reminder, every widget, challenges, your year as an image to share, 3 themes, 3 subjects. No account, no ads, no community, no AI, no tracking: your days never leave your iPhone.
