Every day you mark as sober counts once, wherever it is in the year. The big number is the total; next to it, this month and this year. A day marked as not sober counts nothing and removes nothing. A day you never marked stays empty; it is neither counted nor held against you.
Tap any dot before today: a sheet opens with the date and three choices, sober, not sober, clear. There is no limit on how far back you can go. Future days cannot be marked.
Widgets are refreshed by iOS on its own schedule. Sobright prepares a week of updates in advance so the day changes at midnight even when iOS is late, and opening the app refreshes every widget at once. Answering from the check-in widget refreshes them too.
Check that notifications are allowed for Sobright in iOS Settings, and that Focus modes do not silence them. The reminder fires at the time set in the app Settings, 8 in the evening by default, and is skipped on days you already answered. If you have not touched the app for two weeks, it stops on its own until you open it again.
Nothing is removed when a subscription ends. All your subjects, days and notes stay visible and editable; only adding a fourth subject asks for Sobright+ again. Premium colour themes fall back to Night Sky. Use Restore purchases on the Sobright+ screen after reinstalling.
Subscriptions live in your Apple account: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops renewal at the end of the current period.
Sobright keeps everything on the device. An iCloud or computer backup restored on the new iPhone brings your days with it; there is no separate sync yet.
