Busy Hive! · last updated 8 October 2026
Busy Hive! has no account and keeps your game on your iPhone. It is free because it shows ads, served by Google AdMob, and it counts how levels are played, anonymously, with GameAnalytics. This page says what each of them receives and how to turn it off.
Your progress, honey, royal jelly, decorations and settings are saved in a file on your iPhone. Nothing is synced to a server, ours or anyone else's. Deleting the game deletes them.
Busy Hive! shows a banner while you play, a full-screen ad between levels from level 15, and videos you choose to watch for a bonus. These ads come from Google AdMob. To choose and measure them, Google receives information from your iPhone such as its IP address, model and system version, the ads shown and tapped, and, if you allow it, the advertising identifier. Google uses it as described in How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent on first launch, with Google's consent form, before any ad is requested. Until you have answered, the game requests no ads; if you decline, the ads are not personalised. You can change your choice at any time in the game: About, then Ad Choices.
iOS then asks whether Busy Hive! may track you across apps. If you refuse, or turn it off later in Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking, the advertising identifier is never shared and ads are not personalised from your activity in other apps.
The No ads purchase removes the banner and the full-screen ads. The optional reward videos stay available.
To see which levels are too hard and what the shop is worth, the game sends anonymous events to GameAnalytics: when a session starts and how long it lasts, levels started, won or lost with the number of tries, honey and royal jelly earned or spent, purchases (product, price and currency), and ads watched or missed. Each event carries the iPhone model, the iOS version, the game version and an identifier drawn at random on first launch. That identifier is not the advertising identifier and is not derived from your name, your Apple account or any identifier of your iPhone.
GameAnalytics also sees the IP address of the connection, as any server does, and handles the data under its own privacy policy. To stop it, open About in the game and turn off Anonymous Statistics: nothing more is sent, and the events still waiting on the iPhone are deleted.
Purchases go through the App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never see your card or your Apple account. The game keeps the transaction number in its save file, so that a purchase is never given twice.
We hold no data that names you. For anything held by Google or GameAnalytics, their pages linked above say how to access or delete it. For a question about this page, write to contact@solodevfactory.com.
If what the game sends ever changes, this page changes first and the game's App Store privacy labels change with it.
